In the case of a group or company service, the conditions will be defined at the time the contract is established.
Appointment conditions
- Appointments are 60 or 90 minutes long.
- Validation: Once the dates have been proposed, your written confirmation is required to validate them.
- Rescheduling or cancellation of consultations: Appointments cannot be cancelled, but can be moved with 48 hours advance notice, working days only (2 full days, not including Saturdays and Sundays; for example, a lesson scheduled for Monday at noon can be moved until noon on the previous Thursday). These conditions apply even in the unfortunate case of illness. Beyond this deadline, the session is lost, there are no exceptions.
- All changes to lesson times or requests to reschedule lessons must be made in writing to the secretary’s office: admin@robindehaas.com. Verbal changes will not be taken into account.
- Payment: The consultation fee is payable at the time of booking, on receipt of the pre-reservation confirmation, using the bank details enclosed.

- Metro/bus: M2 stop Riponne/ BUS: 1 stop: Druey Collège
Parking: Parking du Valentin, in the grand montée du Valentin under the grand tour du Valentin. Public parking. - The digi-code will be given to you at the end of the appointment.
